Mapping  Forage  for  bees

Drone photography to map bee flight extents and locations at my apiaries.
These images also contribute to my landscape design studies on parks, green spaces and community gardens.

Teaching   Beekeeping

I teach beekeeping to young people as part of the Our Bright Future scheme in collaboration with Blackburne House to support young people's journey into environmental work or studies

Ness  Botanic  Gardens  -  Resident  beekeeper

I am currently the resident beekeeper for Ness Botanic Gardens on the border of Cheshire and The Wirral. I will be working with The Liverpool University to develop a teaching programme for local residents to learn about beekeeping at Ness Gardens and about the wide variety of plant species are available for honeybees there.

Pollinator  Counting

I have led a series of pollinator walks in Liverpool but mostly among the wildflowers of Everton Park
